I'm very passionate about Russian language and culture. I am an ideal tutor for someone who wants to learn beginner to intermediate level Russian (reading, writing, and conversation). I strive not only to teach the nuts and bolts of the language, but also to incorporate elements of the rich cultural traditions of Russia. My background as an English teacher, as well as my studies in Philosophy, have given me a mastery over the English language. If someone is hoping to improve their English to any level of proficiency, I am an ideal tutor for them as well (reading, writing, and conversation). For someone looking for help with college level philosophy, or who is simply curious about philosophy in general, I am a great tutor. I am adept at writing philosophical theses and essays, and very skilled at interpretation and explanation of philosophic texts in the Western canon.
