I am an experienced tutor in several topics and have been tutoring others for many years in both volunteer and professional situations. I am particularly interested in math because I find it the most entertaining to explain, but I have worked with students to prepare for the ACT, language arts, and history as well. I have the ability to tutor math subjects from elementary school through high school and collegiate levels, and am able to tutor through the summer as well.I graduated from the University of Michigan, majoring in Civil & Environmental Engineering and minoring in history. After working for General Electric for a time after college, I returned to school to attain my MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Because I have taken a path through some wonderful undergrad and graduate school programs at two high-level universities, I would be happy to discuss my path through life with students as well as studying the topics discussed above. I enjoy being a mentor and I find much gratification in watching others become successful in life.Beyond tutoring, I enjoy traveling, volunteer work, reading, dancing, taking in art and culture, and running (I completed my first half-marathon recently).
