6 years as a Supplemental Instruction Group Study Leader and Tutor for Wayne State University's Academic Success Center. I love tutoring and teaching French partly because I taught myself French before I went to College and I have many tips and study skills that have helped English speakers comprehend and actually enjoy Learning French. It all started with a 35 dollar teach yourself French book and Cassette -yes cassette tape in 2003. After studying one hour everyday for about 6 months I was ready to go to France, but I decided to go back to school and see what else I could learn about French culture and language. It's a good thing I did, because I learned a lot more and I was able to aide many, many students in grasping how to study and understand French. I'm also a published author, filmmaker and musician.
