A recent graduate from Bowdoin College, majoring in Government and Economics, I will be tutoring English (regular and advanced placement), reading, science, and math plus ACT and SAT test preparation, at the high school level. I also tutor economics, advanced placement U.S. history, and social studies. Working with students is something I've always loved. Before teaching professionally, I taught lessons in swimming, was a sports coach, and led the Special Olympics Organization at school. I have taught younger kids as well.In high school I actually enjoyed standardized tests. I have practiced for myself and in helping others, so I can work with any student to help them excel and continue meeting their goals. Based in Detroit, Michigan, I take advantage of any spare time I have by going hiking, biking, swimming, or surfing. I also enjoy statistics.
