Hi! I'm Leedor. I graduated from the University of Michigan in Biomedical Engineering in 2013 magna cum laude (3.74/4.0), on the Deans List and with University Honors. While I thoroughly enjoyed my undergraduate science and math courses, I realized I loved working with people more and decided to continue onto medical school at Wayne State University. I will be graduating medical school this Spring and find out where I match for Internal Medicine residency in a few short months!
Experience
In high school and undergrad I worked many tutoring jobs, helping students out with anything from homework help, to ACT Math/Science, to MCAT prep, to complex Organic Chemistry. I was previously employed by the University of Michigan Science Learning Center as an Organic Chemistry study group leader, and after my notable student evaluations was awarded the study group leader of the year. I was also then promoted to Organic Chemistry course leader, and again won an award as course leader of the year. Qualifications: Graduating medical school this Spring with in depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology etc. Undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan (2013) Previously employed by the University of Michigan Academic Success Program tutoring athletes in various college-level chemistry and mathematic courses Previously employed by the University of Michigan Science Learning Center as the Organic Chemistry study group leader and course leader Multiple years of tutoring college students in Organic Chemistry Experience tutoring high school students in ACT Science and MCAT
